We are seeking highly organized and detail-oriented part-time Administrative Assistants to support daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Job Requirements:
•Previous clerical or office experience.
•Ability to schedule and manage appointments and answer and direct queries.
•Friendly, approachable, and professional.
•Strong communication and organizational skills.
•Flexibility - available to work bank holidays, weekends, and night shifts.
•Computer literacy.
•Proficiency in Quickbooks would be an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage calendars, schedule and coordinate appointments.
•Registration of clients.
•Hosting of class sessions, both virtual and in person.
•Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
•Accept payments and update accounts.
•Maintain filing systems and update databases.
•Accurate data entry and general administrative tasks
