Pleased to announce the updated version of my book "Something is happening to my body"

The onset of menstruation is a challenging time for young girls despite being a natural event in their lives. Many parents and grandparents find it extremely difficult to have this conversation and prepare them for their first period. This book was written simply for this reason after being approached about the correct way to introduce the subject matter.

The book is engaging and relatable for both girls and parents and sets the stage for further open discussions, the illustrations are in full colour and child friendly. The journal is interactive, age appropriate and easy to fill out.

Grand Rising and welcome to 2025. This is a year of self-care and healing at its highest level.

The Centre will remain closed until 22nd January as we are currently in vacation.

I will be rolling out some new information on the way forward for the Centre, we will also be working from a new location. Some of our services will no longer be available in this new year.
