The Centre for Counselling Addiction Support Alternatives A Substance Abuse Community based Education , Prevention and Treatment centre marijuana, cocaine, or any other.

CASA is a non-profit, non-governmental (NGO) community-based Substance Abuse Treatment Centre established in 2000 with the purpose of helping individuals and families experiencing substance abuse and other related problems. CASA is also a non-residential facility and caters to children, Adolescents and adults ages 10 and upwards who are experiencing difficulties with legal drugs such as alcohol and illegal drugs e.g. Here at CASA we Aim to;

Provide an effective and confidential service with a focus on Education, Prevention, Treatment, Habilitation, Rehabilitation and After care. Help individuals and families experiencing problems and to assist groups and organizations in understanding and tackling substance abuse problems in homes and communities

Participate in initiatives with other treatment centres and the NCSA to address demand reduction efforts in Prevention, Treatment, Rehabilitation and Research as set out in the Barbados National Anti-Drug Plan.
