💫Giving thanks for this beautiful space that allowed us a plan B, when the rain made an appearance as soon as we started to set up for a floating sound bath.

💫 The mesmerizing soundscape allowed our clients to feel the vibrations in their body. Every breath allowed stagnant energy to flow through and out of their body. Regenerating their cells, renewing their mind, while relaxing their entire being. Sincere gratitude for sacred moments.

💫 I really love facilitating one on one Chakra Clearing sessions. The fact that my client has intentionally created sacred space for self to allow stagnant energy to flow through and out of the body with every breath - to be present in the moment, to process and release blocked energy from their mind, body and soul is rewarding to be a part of. Somatic healing is so vital in these times.

✨I truly enjoyed this experience with these beautiful ladies who came together and shared openly, with authenticity and. vulnerability leading in this chakra clearing sister circle. Creating sacred space to learn from each other and grow together is simply amazing. Nurturing each other with love and support, while giving each other grace during accountability was a blessing to witness and to be a part of.

✨Celebrations are looking different these days. Holistic practices are being integrated into birthdays, bridal showers, career celebrations, games nights and intentional gatherings to promote healing, release and new beginnings. We cater to your specific needs at your location, or you can come to me - integrating sound, to promote somatic healing of the mind and body Virtual sessions can also be arranged.
