What is Hospice Care?
Hospice care is a specialized, compassionate approach focused on enhancing the quality of life for individuals with terminal illnesses. It supports both patients and their families, addressing not only medical needs but also emotional, social, and spiritual well-being.
Hospice care is typically offered when a patient is no longer pursuing curative treatments and has a limited life expectancy, usually six months or less, as determined by a physician.

Dignity and respect: Supports the patient’s choices and preferences for end-of-life care.
