Barbados' Soap Queen, Danielle St-Pierre, hosts weekly workshops to grow the wellness industry and inspire entrepreneurs. Established in 2002 by founder, creator, designer and imagineer Danielle St-Pierre, a Canadian who has lived in the Caribbean since 1993, the company has grown to epitomise the very essence of the Caribbean. The Soap Queen visits England in her search for antique teacups for the upcoming season, and happens upon this wonderful stall in the marketplace specialising in mid century teacups. Some of the sets pictured will be available during the next antique teacup candlemaking workshops! This lady also sells imported antique Japanese kimonos. What a fantastic afternoon was had!!

This workshop is a tribute to bees, flora, science, artisanal products and luxury, and the Bee Spa Products Workshop brings together the essence of the ingredients in the hive to create five standout products. During this workshop you’ll create biologically technical, artisanal spa-standard products for both fun & profit.

Taught by Barbados' Soap Queen, Danielle St-Pierre with over 20 years of Soap & Candle Making Experience through her company, the West Indian Soap Co, the experienced leader in tourist and export sales for the wellness industry in Barbados since 2002, having exported to Sandals properties throughout the region, as well as exclusive shops in Mustique and British Virgin Islands, etc. and also a leading manufacturer in Barbados who has supplied the luxury upscale retail, hotel and west coast spas in the Caribbean.

You’ll learn to work with local honeys local beeswax, honey powders and bee pollen grains to create luxury spa products including Facial Ultra Hydration Moisturiser, Honey Whipped Body Butter, Honey Glycerine Soap, Beeswax Candle and Bee Facial Cleanser.

For this hands-on workshop you will receive a downloadable ebook written by Danielle herself with full recipes, enabling you to continue making these products for selling or for yourself forever...and you will take home the Goody Bag with the five products that you've made to use or give as gifts.

Come & make your own bespoke perfume suited just for you! During this afternoon perfume event you will hand make your own artisanal essential oil perfume packaged in a cut glass bottle with gift box and gift bag. You will have extensive training and learn about perfume fixatives, the various notes in perfumery, and work with authentic perfumer’s tools to achieve your own bespoke personal blend, and be on the journey to recreate the process in future! Danielle will have a selection of nearly 50 essential oils for use in your bespoke perfume, of which most are only for sale in Barbados through the West Indian Soap Co, and including some rare essential oils.

A Perfume MasterClass Certificate for each student will be issued for this particular workshop!
