🚨 The food pyramid is back… but this time, it looks different.
After decades of confusion, fear around food, and one-size-fits-all advice, dietary guidance is finally circling back to what actually supports human health:
🥦 Vegetables & fruits as the foundation
🍗 Quality protein, dairy & healthy fats for strength, hormones & satiety
🌾 Whole grains in context — not the base, not the villain
And yet… here’s what hasn’t changed:
👉 Guidelines are still guidelines.
They’re not personalized. They don’t account for your hormones, metabolism, medical history, medications, or stage of life.
As an integrative nutrition health coach, this is where my work lives.
