We are the only Schroth Best Practice center in the Caribbean and we cater to your scoliosis needs. ScolioPhysio Caribbean is a physical therapy practice which provides services to improve mobility and quality of of life without surgery or prescription drugs. Birthed out of the need for clients to have a therapist readily available to come to them, this practice offers primarily home visits at a time most convenient to the client. Adult scoliosis can be painful and many adults can feel the change in posture which can be worrisome. Left untreated some severe curves can slip, cause compression on nerves and continue to get worse. The good news is that the Schroth exercise program is an effective way of stabilizing the curve and reducing the pain.

We start the conversation on bracing.
Not only does the Gensingen Brace halt curve progression, but in growing children it can also correct spinal curvature.

There are factors such as risser (stage of growth) that affect the outcomes. Risser 0-3 with curve under 40 degrees have the best outcomes and chance for correction.
