UK trained and based in Barbados (and Trinidad seasonally Trained in aromatherpay massage at at the Tisserand Institute in the UK, Carla studied deep tissue massage and the phamacology and effects of over 60 different essential oils. In addition to aromatherpy massage Carla also studied Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Indian Face Massage and LaStone massage.

Our Story

Trained in aromatherpay massage at at the Tisserand Institute in the UK, Carla studied deep tissue massage and the phamacology and effects of over 60 different essential oils. Most recently I went to India to do a 500 hour yoga teacher training course at Yoga Vidia Mandiram which is recognised by Yoga Alliance International. I started teaching traditional hatha yoga classes officially in Januaray 2020. I teach classes Monday - Saturday but classes must be booked in advance.
