Before ever doing my first yoga class, I knew it was for me! I was in London, working at MTV Europe at the time (many moons ago!) and there was hardly any yoga around in those days. So you had to seek it out! And I did so, with a good friend Nikki, who in fact bought me my first yoga class as a birthday present! And through her, I discovered the Life Centre on my West London doorstep and a whole host of amazing teachers including Godfrey Devereux. It was here in a glass roofed studio, looking up at blue sky and white floating clouds, that I had my first experience of yoga and I knew immediately that I’d found my passion!

This was over 25 years ago. A lot has changed since then. But my passion has deepened and become my world. And I am now blessed to share my love of yoga, as a teacher.
