Wellness Program titled "Let My Anxiety Talk To Me"
From August 10th to 20th, we held space for something truly special. Over ten tender days, across two intimate time slots, 20 participants came together to slow down, breathe, and gently listen to the voice of anxiety, not to silence it, but to understand it.
Through mindful movement, expressive art and writing, clay work, and guided visualizations, we invited each person to explore what their anxiety might be trying to say. What unfolded was deeply moving; tears, laughter, quiet reflection, and heartfelt connection.
Participants touched emotions long held beneath the surface: unspoken grief, old fears, self-doubt, and in that same space, discovered strength, compassion, and clarity. With the steady presence of our warm and skilled facilitators, everyone was supported to go at their own pace, in their own way.
The journey ended in a beautiful certification ceremony, full of hugs, gratitude, and a shared sense of something meaningful. Many shared that it was the first time they had truly allowed themselves to meet their anxiety with openness and that they are walking away feeling lighter, more connected, and no longer alone in their experience.
We’re so grateful to each person who joined us. And yes, we’ve heard the requests for more. This is just the beginning.
