🧩 Position Title: Special Educator

At Tranquil Centre, we provide a nurturing, inclusive, and therapeutic environment for children with special needs. Our multidisciplinary team works collaboratively to ensure each child receives personalized support to thrive emotionally, socially, and academically.

🎓 Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education (PISER/DU), Child Development & Social Relationship, or BSED with relevant experience.

📚 Experience Requirements:
• Experience working with children with special needs is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapeutic interventions is a plus.

💡 Skills & Competencies:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 💬
• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team 🤝
• Patience, empathy, creativity, and a passion for helping children succeed 🌟
• Strong classroom management and documentation skills
