Because it's all about Creativity. An individual can choose a set of ingredients and a cooking method to create a desired outcome by applying his/her own Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Imagination. So it's more than an Art. :)
How does an artist know about exactly which blends of colors will work together to capture the
right image? Because it's all about the skills & imagination of an artist. Just like that Cooking is also knowing about what blends of flavors will work together to create a perfect dish. A good cooking always requires lots of well developed Creative Sense, Knowledge, Imagination, Skills & Abilities to make things perfectly work together to bring it to it's Peak & Best. :) :)
I can't recall when did I cook for the very First time in my life. But definitely it was in my School life and probably I cook something like " Dim Vaji " or " Noodles ". Because from my early Childhood to still now these two are my Favorite items to eat for anytime of the day. :P ;)
I don't even have any institutional lesson for cooking. I learnt cooking from various sources. I learnt from my Mom, my Sister even from my Brother also. I always try to keep learning from anyone like it can be a renowned cooking artist's cook show or cook book, it can be my friends, relatives & neighbors or it can be a chef from a restaurant or a cart. :)
Basically I do cook all sorts of foods but I have a great Fascination on Exotic foods rather than the local one. I am obsessed to taste different types of foods in different restaurants with my nearest & dearest one. After tasting, among them which items I liked most I always used to give a trial to make it as much perfect as the restaurants one. And when it come out perfectly, literally I am flying high. :P ;)
And most importantly I am a Dessert Lover. :) :)
Because I believe on these Quotes -
1. Life is Short, Eat Dessert First ...
2. " Stressed is Desserts " spelled backwards ...
3. You can't buy Happiness but you can buy Cupcakes ...
So as a Dessert Lover, most of the time I remain busy to bake a Cake or make a Dessert. So that is a good news for all of those Sweet Tooth guys who also loves to eat sweet dishes. And for that reason you will find many more Sweet recipes in my Website & Fan page as well. :)
Last but not the least, My main intention to create my Website & this Fan page is to spread out my Signature Recipes & Cooking Tricks among all of my Family Members, Friends, Relatives, Well Wishers & to All of them who has a desire for Baking & Cooking.
