Menstrual Hygiene Day 2025 🌸🩸
Our event on 21/06/2025 was more than just a gathering, it was a bold step towards breaking the stigma around hormonal health.

We began with an awareness session focused on opening conversations around PMS, PMDD, PCOS, and PCOD, encouraging honest dialogue and deeper understanding.
This was followed by a visual exhibition, offering creative and informative displays, and powerful storytelling and recitation segments that brought lived experiences to the forefront.

As always, the Public Health Club remains committed to raising awareness and we ended the day with an important announcement on COVID-19 to keep our community informed and safe.

Here’s to health, empowerment, and conversation, every day!
