Job Context
We are looking to get applications from some young, energetic, enthusiastic people to work with our ETP & Chemical Department as Officer.
Job Responsibilities
• Ensure quality control & inspection on Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP).
• Ensure daily reporting & water test on ETP (pH, TDS, DO, Temp, Color, Sludge volume in Imhoff cone).
• Ensure weekly & monthly reporting on ETP (COD, BOD, SVI, TSS & MLSS).
• Ensure Safety, Cleaning & housekeeping of the plant are covered as per SOPs.
• To minimize maintenance hours and costs through appropriate preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• To communicate with respective departments in order to ensure quarterly ETP discharge water tests from "Department of Environment (DOE)".
• To monitor and maintain WTP and DM Plant activities
• Arrange roster duty for ETP plant workers.
• Ensure chemical compliance of the internal activities according to the chemical code of practice.
• Monitor MSDS with CAS, GHS pictogram, cross-check CAS in ZDHC MRSL
• Ensure proper chemical storage, labeling, secondary containment, and safe use.
• Ensure MSDS, labeling in chemical store, distribution sub-store, dyeing, printing, ETP and all relevant applicable area.
• Knowledge about the environment health & safety Management.
• To set Higgs Index, BEPI, ISO 14001-2015 (EMS), Detox, Clean-Chain & others environmental issues.
• To implement EMS, EIA, EMP, CMP (Chemical Management Plan).
• To conduct energy audit and energy management plan.
• Monitor and evaluate the environmental parameters as per DOE Standards & ECR-1997 & Buyer COC. To Ensure Corrective Action Plan if any kinds of NC Occurred. Ensure environmental health and safety requirements (chemicals).
• Conduct Internal environmental Audit as per Code of Conduct to meet compliance and identify improvement area accordingly on regular basis against the NC and follow up the same with line managers of all departments to ensure that the expected compliance

• Skills Required: Biological ETP, Knowledge on chemical, MICROSOFT OFFICE
