Switzerland. He has vast experience in hip preservation in various childhood, adolescent and young adult hip disorders such as
congenital hip dislocation, hip dysplasia, slipped capital femoral epiphysis (SCFE; SUFE), Perthes disease in its sequalae,
Femoroacetabular impingement (FAI). He is a pioneer in hip preservation surgery (to avoid total hip replacement in young
population) in AVASCULAR NECROSIS (OSTEONECROSIS) OF FEMORAL HEAD where a case based individualized approach to
treatment is oered ranging from medical management to plethora of surgeries like stem cell treatment and cartilage preservation,
core decompressionbone
grafting-bone marrow inltration, trap door procedure with grafting and femoral osteotomy, angulation and rotational
femoral osteotomy.
He has successfully treated more than 2000 cases with complex acetabular and pelvic fractures. He specializes in complex
periarticular fractures.
He has special expertise in Arthroscopy of knee in treating sports injuries, that require meniscus repair techniques, knee ligament
reconstruction (ACL & PCL) including multiligament injuries. He has been a regular faculty at national and international forums and
