Speakers were Dr. Maruful Kader, Asstt Professor of CMC and Dr.Kamal Hussain Jewel, Registrar, CMSGH.Professor ASM Fazlul Karim was the Chief guest, Professor Mostaque Ahmed, Principal, CMOSHMC and Professor Faridul Alam, Head of Department of Pediatrics were the Special guests.Professor Md. Badruddoza presided over the seminar.
Doctors of different departments and experts from other institutions attended the seminar.

Dr. Fazilatunnesa Pinki, Medical Officer, Pediatrics presented a case of 'Aplastic Anaemia' in a child in the morning session.
The child presented with severe pallor and bleeding from nose and gum.
The patient has no lymphadenopathy, hepatospenomegaly or bony tenderness. Peripheral blood picture shows pancytopenia. The patient is awaiting bone marrow examination.
