We all want to take sugarcane juice. In spite of having too much sugar it is beneficial to our health. One glass (250gram)of sugarcane juice have 180 calories, 40 grams carbs, protein, no fat, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron and calcium. As calories, 180 calories is too much. So those who is in weight loss program should avoid sugarcane. It's also have antioxidants, flavinoid, polyphenolic compound which are very good for health and prevent aging. It improves urination so those who have urinary tract infection can take sugarcane juice. Those who feels tired and hungry can take sugarcane juice because it yields energy within 5 to 10 minutes. That's why it is also called instant energy giver. It is better to take sugarcane juice instead of taking soft drinks and glucon d. Sugarcane have calcium and phosphorus which help your teeth health even who have cavity also. It detoxify our liver so it is fed to the jaundice patient. As it has calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, potassium it helps in digestion and strengthen our bones and teeth. So, take sugarcane, stay healthy, stay strong and live long.
