Chattagram Maa-O-Shishu Hospital Medical College It has 500 bedded hospital with all emergency as well as general facilities. Daily out door patients which are treated here are in thousands.

All minor as well as major surgeries are conducted here.Modern diagnostic facilities as well as Intensive care facilities are available here. Further development in the field of technology is on proposals.There are at present about 6372 life members of the h ospital who elect a committee of 20 members every 3 years to run the hospital, there is also an elected governing body to look after the affairs of the medical college The committee is then sub grouped to manage the various functions of the hospital. The policies and the decisions of the various committees are implemented through the officers and other staff of the hospital. The Executive Committee of the hospital consists of: President Vice President General Secretary Treasurer Joint General Secretary Members 17 (( General - 13 , Donor - 2 ,Govt. Representative - 1 (Not bellow the Rank of Joint Secretary of Ministry of Health & Family Welfare) Ex Officio - 2 (Director ( Admin) (Director (Academic)Including representatives from the Ministry of Health of Government of Bangladesh. )
