The main and only object of our company is to provide good, talented, qualified and professional shipping personnel to the ship managers and ship owners in home and abroad that is why, We are recruiting Bangladeshi Officers, Engineers, Deck Cadets, Engine Cadets, Electrical Engineer Cadets and various ranks of Ratings, who are well qualified and certified from Bangladesh/United Kingdom/Australia/Singapore/Hong Kong/Malaysia to principal’s shipping vessels as per their requirements. Our cadets are graduate, diploma holder and pre-sea trained by govt. Our Ratings are well trained from Bangladeshi Govt. All of our crews are trained as per STCW-95 regulation standard. All of our seafarers / mariners are holders of certificates in compliance with IMO, STCW’95 and USCG regulations and requirements. Everyone is fully familiarized with the ISM Code, and has had to pass medical examination (including drug-alcohol tests), English examinations and Alpha’s internal professional tests. All candidates must have positive references from previous employers –prospective candidates are shown to the principal’s for consideration.Our main focus on professional skills, we spot the vital importance and contribution of good quality people to organizations, both at sea and ashore.crew members are personally selected and prospective applicants are carefully screened to verify their experience, competence, fitness and comprehension of English prior to enlistment. As per consultation of the Ship owner, the designated Crew Superintendent selects and engages the command and crew of each vessel. There is strict adherence to internal Quality Standards, full compliance with IMO, STCW and ISO requirements and the manning stipulations of the vessel and its registry. We follow a policy of selective rehire, together with continuous upgrade training and performance appraisal, guarantees quality manpower, proficiency and safety on board.
