In my few years of experience as a doctor, I have noticed that as humans, we will spend our entire life with a condition like Diabetes or Hypertension, but we won't make time to see a doctor for 30 mins in a span of 6 months.
A patient with diabetes or increased blood pressure would take medicines worth a couple of thousand taka every month, but would rather save the doctor's fee.

In the longer run, these patients develop complications from Diabetes or Hypertension, and then end up spending way more in oral medicines, insulins and hospital bills. And most importantly, they live with a compromised quality of life.
