২০২৫ কোলেস্টেরল গাইডলাইন: চিকিৎসকদের জন্য পূর্ণাঙ্গ আপডেট সংক্ষেপ

২০২৫ সালের আপডেটেড কোলেস্টেরল গাইডলাইন–এ আগের তুলনায় আরও আগ্রাসী LDL লক্ষ্য, নতুন ঝুঁকি–শ্রেণিবিন্যাস এবং আধুনিক লিপিড–লোয়ারিং ওষুধের ব্যবহার সুস্পষ্টভাবে নির্ধারণ করা হয়েছে। মূল বার্তা হচ্ছে—

“LDL যত কম, তত ভালো—এবং যত দ্রুত নিয়ন্ত্রণে আনা যায়, তত দীর্ঘমেয়াদি উপকার।”

এই প্রবন্ধে সর্বাধিক গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ৫০টি মূল বার্তা সহজ ভাষায় তুলে ধরা হলো।

❤️‍🔥১. উচ্চ LDL (Severe Hypercholesterolemia)

1. LDL ≥ 190 mg/dL, বয়স ≥20 বছর হলে → সরাসরি high-intensity statin শুরু।

2. LDL ≥ 160 mg/dL + strong family history থাকলে → ৪০ বছরের নিচেও চিকিৎসা শুরু করা যায়।

3. Moderate risk রোগীর লক্ষ্য LDL
