The tournament was launched by Office of the Refugee Relief & Repatriation Commissioner, Cox's Bazar(RRRC), with support from the United Council Of Rohingya-UCR sports team and national and international partner organizations.

We are making this matter more clear,
There have been no clashes with the Terrorist So-called Arakan
Army(AA/ULA) in the Maungdaw area in the past three days.
However, fighting is currently ongoing in the Buthidaung area.
Currently, clashes are ongoing on four fronts in Maungdaw North,
Maungdaw South, Maungdaw Central(some part) and Buthidaung
areas.
We have received deeply disturbing reports from various media
outlets and through information obtained from multiple credible
sources. According to these reports, the terrorist Arakan Army has
carried out cross-border attacks in clear violation of international
law and the laws of war. These attacks reportedly involved the use of
drones and RPG fire across the zero line into Bangladeshi territory.
We strongly condemn these actions. It has been reported that at
least two innocent civilians in Bangladesh, including a young girl,
have lost their lives as a result of these attacks. In addition, several
fishermen who were engaged in routine fishing activities remain
trapped, and there are reports that a number of Bangladeshi and
Rohingya fishermen have been captured.
Therefore, any claims or reports linking ARSA to these incidents are
false and baseless.
ARSA urges all parties and media outlets to verify information
carefully and avoid the spread of misinformation.
