4. steer upto thik this mixed approximate 30 minute
5. then keep vegitable pakora or fried ladies finger/vendi. then 15 minutes steer. finised

1. yellow chicken 6 small pieces

Onion sauce making:
30 kg filled onion cutting small pieces, mixing 1 kl oil, 2 kl water, darocini 10 gm, elachi dana 10 gm, lobongo 10 gm, jayfal 10gm, salt 25 gm. jeera,
coriander, chili, holdi, garam masala, 2 spoon all, keep oven, boil until to soft, and then blending, 10 kl onion raw cane put in blended onion, theun need to put kajumagos pest 1 kg. finshing time 1 hour.

20 kg onion, jeera seed, master seed, 3 kg oil, 4 tea spoon salt, 2 spoon- coroander powder, jeera powder, grarm masala, chili powder, termaric powder) 1 pkt diggi mirch, ginger garlic paste and tomato 5 kg
1. hot oil, jeera seed and master seed, fried and becomed colored
2. onion put and cooked unttil becoming brown color
then
3. all masala putting
4. soup masala putting
5. tomato putting.
6. cook until finish
finshing time approximate 1.30 hours slowly
