dohi curry:
1. 5kg dohi+ 3 kg water + tarmaric one spoon + chili powder half spoon+ three spoon slat mixed
2. half liter oil+ 10gm corander seed+ dry chili 15-20 pcs 5 minutes fry
3. then hohi mixed keep in oil mixed,
4. steer upto thik this mixed approximate 30 minute
5. then keep vegitable pakora or fried ladies finger/vendi. then 15 minutes steer. finised
