👉JOB CONTEXT:
DISHA is a research Institute for Autism and Neurological Disorder. The goal of the Institute is to address the issues with NDDs that are becoming alarming phenomena in Bangladesh.

👉JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✅ Accessing a client’s condition to diagnose Sensory issues, neurological, developmental and psychological condition.
✅ Creating a tailored treatment plan to address the child’s condition, taking into account their age, developmental milestones, sensory issues, and any other conditions.
✅ Applying a range of techniques to the discovered conditions such as Sensory Integration, Developmental Therapy, Neurodevelopmental approaches, adaptive and assistive devices, daily living techniques.
✅ Planning and implementing community education, social skill training.
✅ Keeping the client’s records up to date and securely stored.
✅ Developing rapport with the client to build a relationship of trust and mutual respect.
✅ Create and update the treatment plan.
✅ Demonstrate professional knowledge of different levels of occupational therapy/sensory integrated techniques to provide one to one and group training appropriate to the age and skill of the participant/ client.

👉EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full Time/Visiting

👉EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT: Bachelor of Occupational Therapy from any renowned University.

👉EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: Freshers/One-year experience
