Swayambhu Mudra Mongol 🌿
Mudra of the Day: K**ajayi Mudra
(Gesture of Mastering Desire)

K**ajayi Mudra supports the art of inner mastery —helping us redirect craving into clarity, and impulse into intentional energy.
It is not about denial.
It is about direction.

How to Practice K**ajayi Mudra:
~Sit in a comfortable meditative posture (e.g., Padmasana or Sukhasana) with an erect spine.
~Press the root of the thumb nail with the tip of the index finger of the same hand. The remaining fingers should be relaxed and slightly curled.
~Keep the hands just below the navel, near the Swadhisthana/Manipura chakra area.
~Close your eyes and breathe slowly.

With each inhale, observe desire.
With each exhale, soften its grip.

Meaning & Benefits:
K**a means desire; Jayi means victorious or masterful.
~Helps regulate cravings and compulsive tendencies.
~Reduces anxiety linked to unfulfilled wants.
~Supports emotional discipline and self-control.
~Channels sensual or restless energy into creative focus.
~Strengthens willpower without harshness.
~Encourages mindful response instead of reactive impulse.

When to Practice:
~During moments of craving or emotional impulse.
~When seeking clarity before action.
~To cultivate self-regulation and inner steadiness.

⏳ Practice for 5–10 minutes, breathing calmly and consciously.

Loneliness is a feeling.
It is not a command.

Some feelings rise like smoke.
They can be witnessed
without being obeyed.

Waves rise.
They pass.

Pause protects.

Mahashivratri — The Night of Inner Stillness

In many traditions, the night of Mahashivratri is known as a time of deep stillness and inward turning —
one is invited to pause.

To let noise soften into Naad.
To let movement dissolve into awareness.
To sit with the flame within and witness what remains when the unnecessary burns away.

This is about returning.
A return to the silent space where all sound is born
and where all sound eventually dissolves.

May this night be a reminder —
stillness is not emptiness.
It is vast.
And in that vastness, one listens 🌿

14th February | World Sound Healing Day 🎵

Sound healing is not about escape.
It is about attunement.

Through tone, silence, and awareness, we gently realign with our natural rhythm — where clarity replaces chaos, and stillness holds us again.

Today, may you tune inward.
The medicine is already within you. 🎶

🌹Swayambhu Mudra Mongol – Valentine Special 🌿

Trimurti Mudra | Gesture of Whole | Becoming Love

Trimurti represents the three forces within us —
creation, preservation, transformation.
Brahma. Vishnu. Shiva.
Earth. Water. Fire.

When these are in harmony,
The mind quiets, and the heart does not seek..
& Love is something that naturally arises
when you are integrated.

How to Practice:
Sit with a straight spine.
Bring both hands to the lower abdomen/navel area.
Touch the tips of the thumbs together.
Touch the tips of the index fingers together, forming a downward-pointing triangle.
Let the remaining fingers relax inward.
Close your eyes.

Breath:
Inhale — gather yourself.
Exhale — soften into wholeness.

Love is not something to chase.
Not something to offer in exchange.
When the self is integrated,
love becomes your natural state.

This Valentine’s Day —
don’t perform love.
Become it!

If it must be endured, pause. What is real does not exhaust.

If it must be endured, pause.

What is real does not exhaust.
