Nadanusandhana — a simple yogic journey from sound to silence 🌿

Through the layered vibrations of Omkara and subtle mudra awareness, this ancient practice helps gather the restless mind, soften internal noise, and return attention inward.

A quiet practice for mornings, evenings, or whenever the mind feels scattered.

Let the sound fade.
Remain with the silence.

🌕 Antar Nāad: Full Moon Sound Meditation with Swayambhu
Beneath the gaze of the full moon,
We return to the sacred breath—
Where sound becomes silence,
And silence becomes the sacred song.

Join us in this soul-gathering where moonlight meets mantra, and the breath becomes a bridge to the Infinite. In the spirit of Kabadshe, we gather— Not to seek, but to remember. To bathe in sound, to open the heart, and to dissolve into the stillness within.

🌿 Offerings from Swayambhu’s Full Moon meditation:
– Chandra Bhedana (Lunar Breathwork)
– Kabadshe Inner Sound Meditation
– Mudra for Emotional Release & Healing
– Music as Sonic Prayer
– Sharing Circle

A quiet return—
to the body,
to the breath,
to the earth beneath.

This Earth Day,
we don’t try to connect—
we remember
we were never separate.

A simple grounding practice
with breath and Prithvi Mudra 🌿

Quiet contemplation:
Where does your body meet the earth today?

Swayambhu Mudra Mongol 🌿
Mudra of the Day: Yoni Mudra
(Gesture of the Womb | Inner Source Mudra)

Yoni Mudra invites a return —
to the inner space of stillness,
where everything begins and gently rests.
It is the gesture of origin… and quiet renewal.

How to Do It:
Sit comfortably with your spine relaxed and upright.
Bring your hands in front of the lower belly.
Join the tips of the thumbs together, pointing upward.
Join the tips of the index fingers together, pointing downward.
Curl the remaining fingers inward, letting them rest gently.
Rest the mudra near the womb/lower abdomen.
Close your eyes and breathe slowly into the belly.
Let the breath move inward…
like returning home.

Meaning & Benefits:
Yoni means womb — the source of creation and deep rest.
~Calms the nervous system and quiets mental activity.
~Encourages deep inward awareness and introspection.
~Supports emotional grounding and safety.
~Connects with the sacral (creative) energy center.
~Helps restore balance during emotional overwhelm.
~Cultivates stillness, receptivity, and inner holding.

When to Practice:
~During meditation or silent sitting.
~When feeling overstimulated or emotionally drained.
~During rest, healing, or inward phases.

⏳ Practice for 5–15 minutes, breathing softly into the lower belly.

Return inward —
not to escape,
but to remember 🌻

20/04/2026

There is a sky within
that remains untouched.

We move through noise,
through change,
through moments that feel overwhelming.
Yet something within remains open,
unmoved.

Not distant—
just quietly present.

Quiet Contemplation:
Resting in what is already still

Antar Mouna: New Moon Sound Meditation with Swayambhu 🌿

In the quiet of the new moon,
we return to the space before becoming—
where nothing is asked,
and nothing needs to be formed.
Here, silence is not absence,
but a living presence.

As the new year arrives,
we are often drawn to begin again.
But not everything needs to be carried forward.

This New Moon invites a quieter kind of beginning—
one that arises from space, not effort.
A gentle gathering to release without force,
to rest without effort, and to allow a natural beginning to unfold.

🌿 Offerings from Swayambhu’s New Moon meditation:

– Grounding breath awareness
– Gentle somatic release
– Mudra for inner stillness
– Subtle sound meditation
– Silent sitting
– Reflection circle
