Dr. Ashis Kumar Chakraborty is a notable figure in the health industry with a rich background and extensive contributions to healthcare and society. His father, Late Asutosh Chakraborty, was a bright individual who worked as a food inspector in East-Pakistan's food department and had a family of six children, including Dr. Ashis Kumar Chakraborty. He completed his Secondary School Certificate (SSC) program in 1990 from Government Annada Higher Secondary School, Sarail, achieving a first division with star marks. He continued his academic achievements by securing first division marks in his HSC examination in 1992 from Notre Dame College. He then pursued his dream of becoming a medical professional and overcame various challenges to complete his MBBS degree from Cumilla Medical College. He began his medical career as the chief medical officer at Christian Medical Center, Brahmanbaria, where he oversaw the birth of around 7,000 children during his tenure. Dr. Ashis Kumar Chakraborty also actively engaged in social activities and cultural events like Gunijon Sangbardhana Porishod and Shahid Dhirendranath Datta Smriti Podok.
