- I came to know about Molua Khan from a friend and happy to know that in Bangladesh, there are many fitness concerned people who are opting for fitness training.

I was not an overweight person but my food habit was not that great. Besides, I was gaining fat in my belly, which prompted me to have the training. Working with Ms. Khan was a pleasure as she is a knowledgeable person and can explain things precisely to her clients. She is freindly and understand the requirements. We had a time zone difference but she coped up with it in her best possible ways.

Assalamualaikum.
Here is my 12weeks transformation journey.
Mentor - molua Apu â¤ī¸â¤ī¸â¤ī¸
Previous weight- 63.6kg
Present weight- 55.6kg
Weight reduction- 8kg
Waist reduction- 6 inches

I started gaining weight since my marriage. Being a petuk couple I managed to become overweight in just 2yrs.so one fine day I decided to take mentorship ( as I'm damn lazy to motivate myself by my own).But ALLAH had another plan.i found myself pregnant.so I had to wait.

Then finally I took mentorship 7month post partum.i thought molua Apu would be best for me cz she is strict enough to keep me in track. Bt after starting I found her really a sweetheart.may ALLAH bless her. Now I have learned to cook in limited oil; live without sugar; eat less rice.i never thought I would ever enjoy workout.bt now I do.

I still have some more to shed n IN SHAA ALLAH I will follow whatever I've learnt from this amazing journey. Tnx would be less to show gratitude to molua Apu.

Assalamualaikum, at first I would like to thank Allah for everything and to Molua apu for being my mentor. It is really amazing that now I could write a weight loss journey like other beautiful ladies.

I was never in ideal weight. Weight loss was never easy to me and most importantly I had never the idea of how to lose weight correctly. Dieting or exercising was never my type, I only could walk, I lost 8kg in 2 months only by walking. But it was before pregnancy and in Bangladesh where I know every road. My weight got burst after my first pregnancy; I gained 16kg and unfortunately never lost that weight. Unknown country, foreign language never helped me to do that. Moreover I was very alone in the unknown city with my little one, my husband had traveling job. After 5 years, I gained more 7kg during my second pregnancy. I was like a big fatty Elephant.

Now I should must lose my weight, but unaware of the proper way. I loved to read other’s stories and posts but never tried to read the Fit Guide book, as I am the laziest and impatient too. So I thought Molua apu is the best option for me. I tried for her and luckily got her. Whatever I did in my life it was the best one. At first I thought she is very tough but with the passing time, I found she is very helpful, patient and always available. Due to breastfeeding, I was always hungry and rice was my only option. With 2 kids in corona time it was never easy to maintain diet and exercise. Apu helps to understand the value of exercise, balanced diet and healthy life style. Whenever I talked to her, I got more motivated. Last month was disaster for me as we all were sick so couldn’t lose expected weight. But I am happy. To me losing weight and maintain the weight is endless journey and I just stepped on it. I have a lot to learn from you Molua apu.

Hello, I am Molua Khan. I’ve been working for Lose to Gain since the beginning of the platform. In the beginning, I gave free suggestions for the group members and in the meantime continued the expert course from NESTA (National Exercise & Sports Trainer Association, USA). Being a scholar from NESTA, I have all the theoretical and practical knowledge and experience in the field of nutrition and exercise.

Before starting formal practice as a mentor, I transformed myself by proper diet and exercise. I enjoy living out my passion for health and fitness. Fitness is my passion.
