Have an advance skill set and knowledge on disorder specific CBT and take it to next level!

Being a short-term, goal-oriented psychotherapy treatment, Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) takes a hands-on, practical approach to problem-solving. This advanced training addresses the assessment, formulation and treatment issues in a detail and deeper level for each Psychiatric/Psychological Disorder. This training, Level-II will cover four of the most common psychological disorders including the recap and practice of the basic CBT application. Other disorders have been intended to be covered gradually on further levels up to Level - V. Through the case presentations, small group-practice and discussions, and further supervision after the program, this training will provide a strong basis for the mental health practitioners to attend the clients having those disorders.

Course Content Outline:
i) Recap of Basic CBT theory and practice
ii) DSM-V course-related Psychiatric Disorders
iii) Assessment, Formulation and Treatment on Depression, Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Social Anxiety
iv) Safeguarding and Ethical Codes, Action planning with next Step

Essential Criteria:
1. Completion of Basic Cognitive Behaviour Therapy training, Level-I
2. Availability of uninterrupted internet connection and Zoom
3. Keeping the Video On during the session

এটি প্রচলিত ট্রেনিংএর একেবারে বাইরে। নিজের কষ্ট, দু:খ, হতাশা, ট্রমা, অপরবাধবোধসহ এধরনের যেকোন আবেগ নিয়ে সরাসরি কাজ করা এবং সেটা থেকে বেরিয়ে কাঙ্ক্ষিত পরিবর্তনের অভিজ্ঞতা উপলব্দি করা এই থেরাটিউটিক সেশনের উদ্দেশ্য ।

Training Duration: 60 Hours, 15 Classes (01 December 2023 to 08 March, 2024. Every Friday)
