💥ORS💥

ওরস্যালাইন কোন জুস না, শরবত ও না, এটি একটি ওষুধ। এবং নিয়ম মেনেই তা খেতে হবে অর্থাৎ আধা লিটার পানিতে একটি প্যাকেট।

ডায়রিয়ার রোগীকে স্যালাইন খাওয়ানোর প্র‍য়োজন হয়। স্যালাইন কে মিস্টি বানানোর জন্য অনেকে ১ গ্লাস পানিতে ৩-৪ টি স্যালাইন মেশায়, এতে শরীরের যে ক্ষতি টা হয় মেডিকেলিয় ভাষায় তার নাম " Pontine Demyelination ".....অনেক সময় তা রোগীর মৃতু্্যর কারন হতে পারে।

তাই নিয়ম মেনে স্যালাইন পান করুন। আধা লিটার পানিতে ১ টি স্যালাইন গুলান।

নাম টির সাথে কম বেশি সবাই আমরা পরিচিত...গর্ভবতী মায়েদের জন্য এটি একটি ত্রাসের নাম।
ম্যক্সিমাম ক্ষেত্রে এটি ছড়ায় আন্ডারকুকড মিট বা আধা সেদ্ধ মাংস খাওয়ার মাধ্যমে..

গর্ভবস্থায় আমরা সবচেয়ে বেশি ভয় পাই এই হেপাটাইটিস-ই নিয়ে.. গর্ভবতী মায়ের হেপাটাইটিস- ই হলে সেক্ষেত্রে অনেক বেশি চান্স থাকে লিভার ফেইলুর এর.... এবং এর ফলে মৃত্যুহার অনেক বেশি...
তাই গর্ভাবস্থায় বাইরের ফাস্টফুড জাতীয় আইটেম যেমন - গ্রিল, বারগার, ফুচকা ইত্যাদি বাইরের খাবার থেকে দূরে থাকুন।

থায়ামিন শরীরে খুব অল্প পরিমানে জমা থাকে... তাই যারা কার্বোহাইড্রেট জাতীয় খাবার খুব কম খায় তাদের খুব দ্রুত সময়ের মধ্যেই (মাত্র ১ মাস) শরীরে ভিটামিন বি১ এর ঘাটতি দেখা দিতে পারে।
