🟥 হেপাটাইটিস: লিভারের নীরব ঘাতক
হেপাটাইটিস ‘বি’ ও ‘সি’ ভাইরাসজনিত সংক্রমণ, যা ধীরে ধীরে লিভারকে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত করে সিরোসিস বা লিভার ক্যানসারের ঝুঁকি বাড়ায়। অনেক সময় এই সংক্রমণের উপসর্গ দেখা দেয় না, তাই সময়মতো পরীক্ষা করা খুবই জরুরি।

🛑 কীভাবে প্রতিরোধ করবেন?
✔️ নিরাপদ ও বিশুদ্ধ খাদ্য ও পানি গ্রহণ করুন
✔️ হেপাটাইটিস ‘বি’ এর টিকা গ্রহণ করুন
✔️ নিয়মিত সাবান দিয়ে হাত ধোয়ার অভ্যাস গড়ে তুলুন
✔️ পরীক্ষাবিহীন রক্ত গ্রহণ ও দান থেকে বিরত থাকুন
✔️ মাদক ব্যবহার ও অনিরাপদ যৌনাচার থেকে দূরে থাকুন
✔️ সংক্রমণ হলে চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ অনুযায়ী ওষুধ গ্রহণ করুন

Until we change the system and stand united, nothing will truly improve. We keep raising our voices, but it feels like no one really cares.
Humanity is lost. We’re divided by religion, caste, and power struggles. Everyone runs after position, elections, and political gain. Corruption grows, money laundering continues, and no real action is ever taken. Why? Because the thirst for money has no limit.
I don’t know who’s listening, but I’ll still say this, let’s change the system. Let’s do it now. Let’s stand for peace, for truth, for justice. If we don’t act now, we’re slowly walking towards our own destruction.

How would you feel if one day you had to watch your girlfriend marry another man just because you had an accident and lost your ability to live a "normal" life?

Life is full of unexpected turns. Sometimes it blesses you with beautiful surprises, and other times it turns into a nightmare you never imagined.

That’s exactly what happened to Will, the male lead in this deeply emotional story. And then there’s Louisa Clark, the female lead, a bubbly, talkative girl who’s living a dull and monotonous life while trying to support her struggling family. One day, she lands a job as a caregiver to Will, a once-successful, adventurous man now confined to a wheelchair after a tragic accident. His life was then full of depressed periods.

But everything changed when Clark walked into his life. Her warmth, humor, and charm began to chip away at his despair. She fell for him, and she tried with all her heart to give him a reason to stay, to hope, to live. But Will knew he could never love her the way he wished he could. His condition had no miracle cure.

And in the end, there was no miracle. He didn’t recover. He didn’t stay. But he left behind a final wish for Clark to live the life she truly deserves.

This story reminds us of a harsh truth: sometimes, we can’t change our fate. But we still hope. We still love.

So while you can love your dear ones, hold them close, talk to them, make them feel special. Live in the present. Because life is really, really short.

Aftersun is a quietly devastating film! Its emotional weight lies in everything unspoken in the space between memory and loss, love and regret.

I wasn’t prepared for how deeply it would affect me.
This isn’t just a movie, it’s a memory, a question, a wound that never fully heals.

The final scene totally broke me. The way Calum walks toward that door… it felt like a farewell. Not just from Sophie, but from the world itself. A silent, haunting goodbye. A final decision. His last act of disappearing gently, painfully, without a sound.

Paul Mescal’s performance is raw, restrained, and unforgettable. He plays a man crumbling inside, yet smiling through it for his daughter.

The ache of hidden depression, the beauty of their bond, and the unbearable weight of memory, It all lingers long after the credits roll.

This is not a loud movie, it’s not dramatic. But it wrecks you softly, completely... 🙂
