আমাদের দেশের স্বাস্থ্য ব্যবস্থা কবে পরিবর্তন হবে!!??

বিশ্ব স্বাস্থ্য সংস্থার (WHO) নির্দেশিকা অনুযায়ী একজন চিকিৎসকের বিপরীতে তিনজন নার্স ও পাঁচজন মেডিকেল টেকনোলজিস্ট থাকা উচিত (১:৩:৫ অনুপাত)।
⛔ কিন্তু বাংলাদেশে এই অনুপাত মানা হয় না এবং টেকনোলজিস্টসহ স্বাস্থ্যকর্মীর চরম ঘাটতি রয়েছে, যা স্বাস্থ্যসেবার মানকে ব্যাহত করছে। বাংলাদেশে ডাক্তার, নার্স ও টেকনোলজিস্টের সংখ্যা প্রয়োজনের তুলনায় অনেক কম, যার ফলে রোগীদের সঠিক সেবা দেওয়া সম্ভব হচ্ছে না।
🟢বিশ্ব স্বাস্থ্য সংস্থার নির্দেশিকাঃ
একজন চিকিৎসকের (১ জন) বিপরীতে তিনজন নার্স (৩ জন) থাকতে হবে।
এর সঙ্গে পাঁচজন মেডিকেল টেকনোলজিস্টও (৫ জন) থাকা দরকার।

🇧🇩বাংলাদেশের বর্তমান পরিস্থিতিঃ

🩹💉নার্সের ঘাটতি: বাংলাদেশে নিবন্ধিত চিকিৎসকের বিপরীতে নার্সের সংখ্যা প্রয়োজনের চেয়ে অনেক কম। যেখানে WHO অনুযায়ী ৩ লাখের বেশি নার্স থাকা দরকার, সেখানে পর্যাপ্ত নার্স নেই।

🔬🩻টেকনোলজিস্টের অভাব: মেডিকেল টেকনোলজিস্টের সংখ্যাও প্রয়োজনের তুলনায় অনেক কম। প্রতি ২৭,৮৪২ জনের জন্য মাত্র একজন মেডিকেল টেকনোলজিস্ট রয়েছে, যেখানে আন্তর্জাতিকভাবে এই অনুপাত অনেক ভালো।
🥼🩻রোগ নির্ণয় যন্ত্রের অব্যবস্থা: টেকনোলজিস্টের অভাবে রোগ নির্ণয়ের যন্ত্রপাতি অব্যবহৃত বা অকার্যকর হয়ে পড়ে থাকে।

ফলাফলঃ
⚠️অপর্যাপ্ত স্বাস্থ্যকর্মী থাকার কারণে রোগীদের সঠিক ও মানসম্মত সেবা দেওয়া কঠিন হয়ে পড়ে।
⚠️স্বাস্থ্যসেবার সামগ্রিক মান ব্যাপকভাবে ব্যাহত হয়।
