In addition to work, rest is very important in people's daily life. If one does not rest, one gradually loses the power to work. Since the creation of human being, people have adopted various techniques of rest to save life and increase longevity. For thousands of years, people have developed various resting techniques, such as sleeping on the right side, keeping the spine straight, sleeping on a

hard bed and so on. The method of resting is called meditation. So the beginning of meditation is thousands of years ago. MEDITATION FOR LIFE is a modern method which combines countless contemporary research, theories and all the techniques of various prophets, messengers and philosophers who have meditated by focusing on the brain and mind to achieve physical and spiritual development for thousands of years. Therefore, Meditation for life is an easy, scientific and effective way to achieve a tension-free, healthy normal state of mind. With regular exercise, we can strengthen the external organs of the body by increasing the muscles of the arms, legs and chest and in the same way, by practicing regular meditation, we can strengthen the life by increasing the power of the brain through controlling the restlessness in the internal random thinking state of the brain. It makes the mind stable, orderly, peaceful and helps in preventing diseases. Meditation keeps the brain active and increases efficiency through increasing blood flow to the brain, and reducing anxiety-related negative thoughts. Syed Shahadat Hussain says,"Meditation is spirituality, which reveals religion. Every religion is revealed to the human heart from the Creator through meditation. So meditation is the only method to understand the reality of religion." In order to survive in the precarious situation of the global Covid-19 pandemic, all mental exhaustion must be eliminated and strong morale must be built. One of the scientific ways to strengthen and increase morale is to practice meditation. With regular practice of Meditation for Life, you will be able to protect your mental health in any situation by concentrating yourself on worldly development through self-improvement. When the human mind and brain are strong and healthy, it is possible to prevent many diseases of the body and also increase the immunity. Aiming to stand by the people in the aftermath of the Corona pandemic, the Tasauf Foundation has offered a completely free online "Meditation for Life" course to improve the mental health of people at all levels of society. The course will be conducted by Syed Shahadat Hussain Ali, Chairman of Tasauf Foundation. The online course will be held on 14 August 2021 from 8:00 pm to 10 pm. Participant: Any man or woman 16 or older can participate. Registration fee is free.
