- Diagnosis: Large PDA (3.5 mm), Mild PS.
- Procedure: PDA device closure, device 10/8 mm cocoon.

- Age: 6 months| Gender: Female | Weight: 6.2 kg | Hb%: 10.9 g/dL
- History: Repeated RTI, Fever for 2 days.
- Diagnosis: Large PDA (4.6 mm), Moderate ASD.
- Procedure: PDA device closure, device size: 10/8 mm cocoon.

- Procedure: VSD device closure, device size: 7/5.and 8x6 tried and slipped out . Later device closure done with 10x8 mm cocoon device. Appeared large upper muscular VSD in LV graphy .

8/6 mm device , device slipped away easily. Postponed for true subaortic position and need for a larger device.

5. Tayba, 26-year-old female, weighing 51 kg, Hb%: 13.4 g/dL.
Diagnosis: Large ASD secundum (20–23 mm),I-12, S-15,IAS-50mm, with Type 2 DM.
Procedure: ASD device closure Tried with 32 mm device in different techniques and failed. Later tried with 36 mm device, initial technique failed, later succeeded with MV technique.

6. Ayesha Akter, 27-year-old female, weighing 67 kg, Hb%: 11.5 g/dL.
Diagnosis: Large ASD secundum (34–35 mm), I-12, S-9, IAS-58mm
Procedure: ASD device closure.
Device Size: 40.mm tried and postponed due to deficient rims.

Had BAP for COA + PDA coil occlusion+ BVP for AS on 21/12/2021.
Patient was very critical and hopeless in neonatal period.

Now completely cured.
Discharged.

1. Ariful Islam, 6-month-old male, weighing 4 kg, Hb%: 9.8 g/dL.
Diagnosis: Syndromic baby , floppy with Developmental delay with Large PDA (4.2mm)
Procedure: PDA device closure.
Device Size: 8/6, cocoon. PT developed hypoventilation and desaturation and difficult to manage due to floppyness . Sent to PICU for respiratory support.

2. Asia, 7-year-old female, weighing 17 kg, Hb%: 12.9 g/dL.
Diagnosis: Large PDA (5.6 mm).
Procedure: PDA device closure BSH 30.6.25

Asia 7 yes old girl 17 kg dx as small PDA . Aortography showed 3x1.8 mm PDA and 6x4 device implanted. It slipped easily to MPA, so larger device 8x6 used second time sleeped again easily to MPA. This time Aortography repeated and showed a large tubular PDA out of surprise . Device closure performed with 12x10 mm cocoon device.

3. Ataullah, 11-month-old male, weighing 6.4 kg, Hb%: 10.5 g/dL.
Diagnosis: Large PDA (5.6 mm),with Severe Aortic Stenosis (AS) severe Coarctation.

Severe Coarctation large PDA severe AS .

Aortography showed curved course of ascending and descending aorta connection as parallel channel behind a large conical PDA .

Balloon Aortoplasty done with difficulty as aorta and PDA following same route . 12x4 Tyshak 2 balloon used .

PDA device 12x10 implemented. Echo showed no Coarctation but angiographic overlapping of PDA and aorta create confusion and it took long time to decide whether to release device or postponed procedure. Pulses were good echo good and ascending Aortography showed rapid wash out of dyes. So device released. PT was fine after procedure.
