Banks will give loans for marriage, know the conditions

বিয়ের জন্য ঋণ দেবে ব্যাংক, জেনে নিন শর্ত
বিয়ের কথা ভাবছেন? কিন্তু হাতে টাকাপয়সা নেই। তাই কিছুটা হতাশার মধ্য আছেন। এর সমাধানের জন্য ব্যাংকগুলো প্রস্তুত আছে। আপনাকে বিবাহ ঋণ (ম্যারেজ লোন) দেবে। দেশে এখন এমন কয়েকটি ব্যাংক আছে, যারা ‘বিবাহ ঋণ’ নামের বিশেষ ঋণ সুবিধা দিচ্ছে। এসব ব্যাংকের ওয়েবসাইটে এই তথ্য দেওয়া আছে। ব্যক্তিগত ঋণ বা পারসোনাল লোন নিয়েও বিয়ের খরচ চালানো যায়। যেকোনো ধরনের ঋণের বিষয় পুরোপুরি ব্যাংকুগ্রাহক সম্পর্কের ভিত্তিতে হয়।
ব্যক্তিগত ঋণ সাধারণত জামানত ছাড়া দেওয়া হয়। তবে আবেদনকারীর আয়, চাকরির নিশ্চয়তা ও আর্থিক স্থিতি বিবেচনায় ব্যাংক ঋণ অনুমোদন করে।
বিয়ের জন্য ২৫ হাজার টাকা থেকে ২০ লাখ টাকা পর্যন্ত ঋণ নেওয়া যায়। বিভিন্ন ব্যাংকের পাশাপাশি প্রতিষ্ঠান থেকে নেওয়া ঋণ মিলবে। এই ঋণ মাসিক কিস্তির মাধ্যমে পরিশোধ করা যায়। এই ঋণ পরিশোধে সময় পাবেন সর্বোচ্চ ৫ বছর। তবে কিস্তির সংখ্যা বাড়ালে সুদের পরিমাণও বেড়ে যায়।
কারা ঋণ দেয়
দেশে বেশ কিছু ব্যাংক আছে যারা বিশেষ বিবাহ ঋণ দেয়। এর মধ্যে আছে উত্তরা ব্যাংক, এনসিসি ব্যাংক, সীমান্ত ব্যাংক, ইউসিবি, মিউচুয়াল ট্রাস্ট ব্যাংক ইত্যাদি। এ ছাড়া বেশির ভাগ ব্যাংক থেকে ব্যক্তিগত ঋণ সুবিধায় বিবাহ ঋণ নেওয়া যায়।

Why marriage registry is important?
Because through a legal marriage, a man instantly becomes a husband and a woman becomes a wife and legally they become each other's legal heirs. The document of inheritance is the marriage certificate. Even if you get married against the will of your parents, the marriage documents must be in order. Because, if you can show a valid marriage certificate to the society or family, they will be forced to accept the marriage easily. The marriage certificate alone is proof of marriage. So take care of the marriage documents.
Why is marriage registration necessary?
 To collect dowry and maintenance from the husband.
 To ensure the legal identity of the child.
 To prove the heir in case of the death of the husband or wife.
 To prove the validity of the marriage.
 To prevent the husband's second marriage.
According to religion and law, a valid marriage has several steps. For example:
1. Marriage according to Islamic Sharia.
2. Getting the marriage registered.
3. Court marriage or court affidavit.

Marriage rules according to Islamic Sharia:

In the case of Muslim marriage, the dowry is determined in the presence of two witnesses, and the groom and bride are given full religious rituals and three times of acceptance. Khutbah, prayers, blessings and prayers to Allah Almighty for the happiness and peace of the married life of the groom and bride are recited together.

What does marriage registration mean?

কেন বিয়ে রেজিস্ট্রি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ
কারন একটি বৈধ বিয়ের মাধ্যমে একজন পুরুষ মুহুর্তেই হয়ে যান স্বামী আর একজন নারী হন স্ত্রী এবং আইনসম্মতভাবে তারা হন একজন অপরজনের বৈধ উত্তরাধিকারী। উত্তরাধিকার প্রমাণের দলিল হলো কাবিননামা। মা-বাবার অমতে বিয়ে করলেও বিয়ের কাগজপত্র ঠিকঠাক থাকতে হবে। কারন,সমাজে বা ফ্যামিলির কাছে একটা বৈধ কাবিননামা দেখাতে পারলে তারা বিয়ে সহজেই মেনে নিতে বাধ্য হবেন। একমাত্র কাবিননামাই হলো বিয়ের প্রমাণ। তাই বিয়ের কাগজপত্র যত্নে রাখুন।
বিয়ে রেজিস্ট্রেশন কেন দরকার?
 স্বামীর কাছ থেকে দেনমোহর এবং ভরণ-পোষণ আদায়ের জন্য ।
 সন্তানের বৈধ পরিচয় নিশ্চিত করার জন্য।
 স্বামী বা স্ত্রীর মৃত্যু হলে উত্তরাধিকারী হিসেবে প্রমাণ করার জন্য।
 বিয়ের বৈধতা প্রমাণের জন্য ।
 স্বামীর দ্বিতীয় বিয়ে বাধা দেওয়ার জন্য।
ধর্মীয় ও আইন অনুযায়ী একটি বৈধ বিয়েতে কয়েকটি ধাপ থাকে। যেমনঃ
১. ইসলামী শরীয়াহ অনুযায়ী বিয়ের পড়ানো।
২.বিয়ে রেজিস্ট্রি করানো।
৩.কোর্ট ম্যারেজ বা কোর্ট হলফনামা করা।

ইসলামী শরীয়াহ অনুযায়ী বিয়ের নিয়মঃ
মুসলিম বিয়ের ক্ষেত্রে দুইজন সাক্ষীর উপস্থিতিতে দেনমোহর নির্ধারন করে পূর্ণ ধর্মীয় রীতিতে বর ও কনের ইজাব ও তিনবার কবুল বলা। খুৎবা, দোয়া, দরুদ পাঠ এবং বর ও কনের দাম্পত্য জীবনে সুখ-শান্তির জন্য সম্মিলিতভাবে সবাই মিলে আল্লাহ তায়ালার কাছে দোয়া ও মোনাজাত করা।

বিয়ে রেজিস্ট্রেশন মানে কী?
ছেলে-মেয়ে অবশ্যই আইনানুযায়ী প্রাপ্ত বয়স্ক হতে হবে। বিয়েতে তাদের সম্মতি থাকতে হবে।কার সঙ্গে কার,কত তারিখে,কোথায়,কত টাকা দেনমোহর দিয়ে এবং কি কি শর্তে বিয়ে সম্পন্ন হলো সাক্ষী এবং উকিলের নাম ঠিকানা কাজী সাহেবের মাধ্যমে একটা সরকারি বালামের নথিতে লিখে রাখাই হলো বিয়ে রেজিস্ট্রি।
কোর্ট ম্যারেজ কী?
প্রায়ই প্রেমিক- প্রেমিকা কোর্টে আইনজীবী চেম্বারে কিংবা কাজী অফিসে এসে বলেন,“আমরা কোর্ট ম্যারেজ করতে চাই।”অধিকাংশ লোকের ধারণা কোর্ট ম্যারেজ করলেই বিয়ে হয়ে গেলো,চলো এবার সংসার করা যাক।আসলে কি তাই? উত্তর হলো “না।” শুধু কোর্ট ম্যারেজের মাধ্যমে একটি বিয়ে পরিপূর্ণ হয়ে যায় না। তাই,কাজীর মাধ্যমে অবশ্যই সরকারীভাবে বিয়ে রেজিস্ট্রেশন করাতে হবে।গার্ডিয়ান ছাড়া বিয়েতে কোর্ট ম্যারেজের অবশ্যই সুফল আছে। তাই,কোর্ট ম্যারেজকে আমরা উৎসাহিত করি।

বিবাহ রেজিস্ট্রিকরণ এবং এর প্রয়োজনীয়তা
বিয়ে রেজিস্ট্রি
১৯৭৪ সালের মুসলিম বিবাহ ও তালাক (রেজিস্ট্রেশন) আইন অনুযায়ী প্রতিটি বিবাহ সরকার নির্ধারিত কাজী দ্বারা রেজিস্ট্রেশন করা আবশ্যক। বিবাহ রেজিস্ট্রেশন না করা শাস্তিযোগ্য অপরাধ।

বিয়ে রেজিস্ট্রেশন কেন প্রয়োজন?
• কেউ বিয়ের সত্যতা অস্বীকার করতে পারে না;
• স্ত্রীর অনুমতি ছাড়া স্বামী পুনরায় বিবাহ করলে স্ত্রী স্বামীর বিরুদ্ধে আইনগত ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করতে পারেন;
• স্বামীর কাছ থেকে স্ত্রী ভরনপোষণ আদায় করতে পারেন;
• স্ত্রী নিকাহ্ নামায় উল্লেখিত দেনমোহর আদায় করতে পারেন; যে ক্ষেত্রে দেনমোহর নির্দিষ্ট করা নাই, সেক্ষেত্রে স্ত্রী ন্যায় সংগত পরিমাণ দেনমোহর আদায় করতে পারেন;
• স্বামী বা স্ত্রীর মৃত্যু ঘটলে দুইজনের মধ্যে যিনি বেঁচে থাকবেন, তিনি মৃতের সম্পত্তি থেকে বৈধ অংশ আদায় করতে পারবেন।

উদাহরণ: আয়েশা আর গফুরের ধুমধামের সাথে বিয়ে হলো। কিন্তু নানা উত্সবের আড়ালে রেজিস্ট্রেশনের কথাটি সবাই বেমালুম ভুলে যায়। বিয়ের কিছু দিন পর আয়েশা এবং গফুরের বিবাহ বিচ্ছেদ ঘটে এবং গফুর আয়েশাকে প্রাপ্য দেনমোহর ও ভরণপোষণ দিতে অস্বীকৃতি জানায়। বিয়ে রেজিষ্ট্রি করা থাকলে আয়েশা সহজেই আদালতে গিয়ে দেনমোহর ও ভরণপোষণ আদায় করতে পারত, কিন্তু এ অবস্থায় দেনমোহর ও ভরণপোষণ আদায় করা খুব কঠিন।

অপরাধ
কাজীর অনুপস্থিতিতে বিয়ে হলেও বিয়ের কথা কাজী অফিসে না জানানো আইনত দন্ডনীয় অপরাধ। যিনি বিবাহ সম্পন্ন করেছেন তিনিই নিকাহ্ রেজিস্টারের নিকট প্রতিবেদন পেশ করবেন।

শাস্তি
বিবাহ রেজিস্ট্রেশন না করা শাস্তিযোগ্য অপরাধ। ১৯৭৪ সালের মুসলিম বিবাহ ও তালাক (রেজিস্ট্রেশন) আইনে (সংশোধিত ৮ই মার্চ, ২০০৫) বলা হয়েছে যে, যে সমস্ত বিয়ে নিকাহ রেজিস্ট্রার কর্তৃক সম্পাদিত হয়নি সেসব বিয়ে যে বা যারা করেছেন তিনি রেজিস্ট্রেশন করার উদ্দেশ্যে উক্ত বিয়ের খবর নিকাহ রেজিস্ট্রারের নিকট দিবেন। যদি কেউ এই নিয়ম পালন না করে তবে সে দুই বছরের কারাদন্ড বা ৩০০০ (তিন হাজার) টাকা জরিমানা বা উভয়দন্ডে দন্ডিত হবে।
