Stress is a natural part of life, we canât always control what comes our way.But what we can control is how we respond. đ§ââī¸â¨
Lately, Iâve been reminding myself of this simple truth. We all experience stress, which can take many different forms and manifest at different times. Although we can't always control our surroundings, we do have some control over how we react to them.
Finding small ways to take care of ourselves, such as resting, journaling, talking to someone, or simply allowing ourselves to feel without passing judgment, is part of learning to "surf."
