About OBL :

OBL, ORTHOSSPINE BANGLADESH LIMITED, 1st Bangladeshi company start manufacturing its own implant from TURKEY. Our all implant are CE Approved. We are working to established Bangladeshi Brand for Bangladeshi People. We are also working closely with our manufacturer to establish our own factory in Bangladesh in near future. Our only priority to provide quality implant at affordable price so we can afford. It’s a Bangladesh Brand.

Requirements

Age : 22-28 YEARS & only Male .

Education
•Bachelor/Honors (Science background up to HSC is preferred)

Learning (we will provide to the selected applicants) :

• Learn and understand the product line of OBL.
• Learning of Disease and its treatment of SPINAL Disorder and use of appropriate implant.
• Learn the name of Instrument & their use during the operative procedure.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and identify potential doctor in the target market.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new doctors.
• Conduct product presentations/ instrument demonstrations to potential doctors.
• Be present during operative procedure to guide doctor for selection of implant and appropriate use of instruments
• Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
• Regular arrangement of seminars, workshops, round table meetings & visit stake holders and target segments such as Hospitals & Potential Doctors, .
• Target Doctor: Neurosurgeons & Orthopedic Spine Surgeon only.

Experience
• 1 to 2 years
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Gender: Only Male

Employment Status: Full Time

Compensation & Other Benefits
• T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance,
• Salary Review: Yearly
• Festival Bonus: 2
• Salary: As per the market standard for fresher. Maximum take home: Tk. 25000 (Monthly)

Skills & Expertise
• Negotiation Persuasion Skills
• Strong communication skills.
