Another ankle fracture fixation of one of my VIP patient….initially take a plaster from elsewhere out of city ….the ankle was huge swelling & had some blister possibly due to tight plaster or less cotton/ soft roll

After 11 days she was good n we did this operation… it seems good fixation.

Alhamdulillah pt condition & skin all are satisfactory.

Another spine fixation of an young lady....She sustained trauma due to fall from height and diagnosed as Burst fractured Lumber 1 vertebra with spinal injury ASIA -D.... This operation done after 2 month of injury.

Alhamdulillah pt is doing well after surgery.

একটি সফল অপারেশনের করুন কাহিনি

ছেলে টার বয়স মাত্র ১৪ বছর , সুপারি গাছে উঠে সুপারি পারতে গিয়ে গাছের ডাল ভেঙে পড়ে যায়। এতে তার মেরুদন্ডের একটি হাড় ভেঙে আরেকটা হাড়ের উপরে উঠে যায়।।।এতে যেমনটা হবার কথা তাই হলো। ছেলে টার কোমড় থেকে নিচের দিকে পুরোটাই অবশ হয়ে গেলো। মারাত্মক রকমের স্পাইনাল কর্ড ইনজুরী হলো।

আমরা মেরুদণ্ড র হাড় সোজা করে জোড়া দিতে পারলেও স্পাইনাল কর্ড এর এরকম ইনজুরী ঠিক করার জন্য তেমন কিছু করতে পারি না।এরকম স্পাইনাল ইঞ্জুরী আসলে ঠিক করা যায় না।তার নিচের অবশ অংশ হয়তো কোনো দিন ও ঠিক হবে না।
তবু্ও অপারেশন টা জরুরী যাতে তাকে উঠানো বসানো যায় ,অন্তত হুইল চেয়ারে করে সে চলা ফেরা করতে পারে।

যেকোনো সফল অপারেশনের পরে আমরা ডাক্তারদের মন অনেক খুশী হয়।কিন্তু মাঝে মাঝে এরকম ও সফল অপারেশন হয় যেখানে মন খুশী তো দুরের কথা শুধু কষ্ট ই হয়। মাত্র ১৪ বছর বাচ্চা টার।আল্লাহ যেনো ছেলে টার মন্গল করেন।
