OUR DELIVERY PROCESS:
We will deliver all our products in best possible packaging and media to ensure the quality. As an online/Ecommerce store: Product will deliver via-
1. Third party Courier service,
2. Our own door step delivery personnel
• Delivery Charge: Generally within Dhaka 50 to 70 taka, Outside Dhaka 120 to 150 taka (depending on parcel size). Delivery charge is payable by customers.
• Delivery Service Company: Pathao, Paperfly, Redex, Sundarban, SA Paribahan etc.
• For conditional delivery Customer may have to pay in advance the courier charge
• Delivery time: Within Dhaka 1-3 days, Outside Dhaka: 2-5 days( depends on location and mode of transport). RETURN POLICY:
Healing always provide you best quality product in time. Never the less, customer can return the product with company cost if:
• Products not in good condition or torn packaging
• Quantity dismissed or any other issue.
• Delay delivery for company causes
However, Customer can cancel the shifted order anytime for his own reason paying only return delivery fee.
