“Promoting Health” – A Thoughtful Step Toward Employee Wellness!
As part of Synovia Pharma’s 3rd anniversary celebrations and yearlong corporate wellness initiatives, a health checkup campaign titled “Promoting Health” was organized for all Head Office employees. The camp included vital screenings such as blood sugar (FPG, PPG, RBG), blood pressure, and BMI checks—focusing on early awareness and preventive care.
To empower employees in taking charge of their own health, each participant received a personalized health card to record and monitor their results. In alignment with our core values, all health data remains confidential and is retained solely by the individual employees.

Synovia Pharma recently organized an exclusive session for its female employees, led by our respected in-house leader, Ms. Rabeya Islam, Senior Manager – Marketing. This marked the second installment of the Abha initiative—our dedicated mentorship program focused on empowering and cultivating the next generation of female leaders.

As part of a thoughtfully curated series of engagements, this session underscored Synovia’s continued commitment to advancing women’s leadership. With a core focus on strengthening decision-making skills across both personal and professional spheres, the session offered valuable insights and practical guidance. An interactive quiz segment further elevated the energy and engagement, fostering an environment of learning and enthusiasm.

Synovia Pharma PLC (SPP) Teams Shine at National Annual Quality Convention (NAQC) 2025
An Exemplary Display of Excellence and Teamwork

We are proud to announce the outstanding performance of our teams at the National Annual Quality Convention (NAQC) 2025, held on Saturday, July 5 at the University of Asia Pacific. This year’s event saw enthusiastic participation from 26 teams representing BPL, SPP, NPL, and I&I, all competing with passion and professionalism at this prestigious national forum.

In a remarkable outcome, 25 of our teams were awarded Gold, while one team earned Silver, with no Bronze awards being received—an extraordinary accomplishment that reflects the collective hard work, discipline, and commitment of all involved.

Among the impressive results, seven of our teams secured positions in the Top 10, standing out among 70 teams from various organizations and industries across the country. This significant recognition reaffirms the high standards of quality, planning, and performance that our SPP teams consistently uphold.

This achievement would not have been possible without the meticulous preparation, collaborative spirit, and unwavering support from our leadership. It is a moment of pride for our entire organization and a strong testament to our culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
