Healing day
In the journey of life, we encounter numerous challenges, often a reflection of our karma. There are moments when we may feel overwhelmed and directionless, uncertain of how to navigate through these difficulties. At times, it seems as though everything is working against us, leaving us questioning the purpose of our existence. Instances arise when both our physical and mental well-being are impacted, leading to feelings of being unjustly hurt by others without apparent cause. However, it is crucial to recognize that every element entering our lives has a purpose.
In these moments of vulnerability, extending a helping hand to others becomes a powerful means of self-healing. I extend a heartfelt invitation to you to participate in this healing session if you find yourself in a space where the need for healing is evident. Together, let us embark on a journey towards rejuvenation and restoration.
On 19th of January, a healing day is arranged in order to help getting wellness on body, mind and emotions. Reiki, quantum or any other holistic energy healing method can be applied to the recipients. Both the healers and the healing recipients are invited to this event.

Time and Date: 19th January, Friday, from 3 pm - 5:30 pm
Place: at my residence, 357-A/12 Modhubag (opposite of Hatirjheel Thana)
Maximum participants: 12 person
Cost: Free of cost and donations are welcome

Activities:
• Sound chanting to release blockages at energy centers
• Sound bowl healing
• Root chakra cleansing and healing
• Group meditation and group healing
• Pray and affirmations
• Learn about Reiki self-healing
Instructions to follow before joining the event [IMPORTANT]
1. Have adequate sleep the night before the event, so your body is relaxed.
2. Do not take heavy food within 3 hours before attending Meditation. Light food/drink is okay.
3. Wear the most comfortable dresses you have. Avoid tight fits.
4. If possible, take a bath before coming but it is not compulsory.
5. For female participants, avoid wearing heavy ornaments and extra makes-up.
6. Try to reach at least 10 minutes prior starting the program.
7. No one should enter after 3:15 pm.
