বাংলাদেশের ভূখন্ডে এত এত বিনিয়োগ কারি দের পদচারণা কিন্তু পর্যটন এর জন্য নুতন কিছুই দেখছিনা কেন ??

--বাংলাদেশে বিভিন্ন খাতে যেমন গার্মেন্টস, অবকাঠামো, বিদ্যুৎ, রিয়েল এস্টেট ইত্যাদিতে বিদেশি ও দেশি বিনিয়োগ বাড়লেও পর্যটন খাতে সেই অনুপাতে উন্নয়ন বা নতুন দৃষ্টিনন্দন উদ্যোগ খুব কমই দেখা যায়। এর পেছনে কয়েকটি বড় কারণ হতে পারে:
• দীর্ঘমেয়াদি পরিকল্পনার অভাব: পর্যটন একটি ধৈর্যের খেলা, এখানে রাতারাতি লাভ আশা করা যায় না। বিনিয়োগকারীরা অনেক সময় দ্রুত লাভজনক খাতের দিকে ঝুঁকেন।
• পর্যাপ্ত অবকাঠামোর ঘাটতি: পর্যটকদের জন্য দরকার উন্নত সড়ক, নিরাপদ পরিবহন, আন্তর্জাতিক মানের হোটেল, তথ্য ও দিকনির্দেশনার সুবিধা। অনেক জায়গায় এসবের ঘাটতি পর্যটনকে পিছিয়ে দেয়।
• পর্যটন নীতির দুর্বল বাস্তবায়ন: সরকারের পর্যটন উন্নয়নের পরিকল্পনা থাকলেও তার বাস্তবায়নে ঘাটতি ও আমলাতান্ত্রিক জটিলতা অনেক বিনিয়োগকারীকে নিরুৎসাহিত করে।
• বিপণনের অভাব: আমাদের পর্যটন সম্ভাবনা যেমন কক্সবাজার, সুন্দরবন, সেন্ট মার্টিন, সিলেট বা চট্টগ্রামের পাহাড়ি এলাকা আন্তর্জাতিকভাবে ঠিকঠাকভাবে প্রচার হয় না।
• স্থানীয় জনগণের সম্পৃক্ততা কম: অনেক সময় স্থানীয় জনগণ পর্যটনকে নিজেদের লাভের অংশ ভাবতে পারেন না, তাই উন্নয়নও থেমে যায়।

—কীভাবে একটা নতুন, টেকসই পর্যটন উদ্যোগ দাঁড় করানো যায়, যেটা বিনিয়োগকারী ও পর্যটক উভয়ের জন্য লাভজনক হবে?

Traveling from Khulna to Bagerhat is a delightful experience, offering a glimpse into the region's rich history and cultural legacy. Two iconic landmarks make this journey truly memorable: Khan Jahan Ali's Dargah and the Sat Gambuj Mosque.
𝟭. 𝗞𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗝𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗹𝗶'𝘀 𝗗𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗵
Located in the heart of Bagerhat, the Dargah of Khan Jahan Ali is a revered shrine dedicated to the saint and founder of Bagerhat, Khan Jahan Ali.
• 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬:
o The tomb is an architectural masterpiece, built with finely carved stones.
o Surrounded by a peaceful environment, the dargah also features a large pond called Thakur Dighi, adding to its serenity.
o It serves as both a religious and historical site, drawing pilgrims and history enthusiasts alike.
• 𝐂𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞:
o Khan Jahan Ali is remembered for his contribution to the Islamic heritage of Bengal.
o The dargah complex also includes mosques and relics from the 15th century.
𝟐. 𝐒𝐚𝐭 𝐆𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐮𝐣 𝐌𝐨𝐬𝐪𝐮𝐞
The Sat Gambuj Mosque (also known as the Sixty Dome Mosque) is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most iconic landmarks in Bangladesh.
•𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬:
o Despite its name, the mosque features 77 domes and numerous arches, showcasing a blend of Islamic and Bengali architectural styles.
o Built during the 15th century under the supervision of Khan Jahan Ali, the mosque was used as a place of worship and assembly.
o The surrounding area, lush with greenery, creates a picturesque setting.
• 𝐀𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞:
o The mosque is constructed with terracotta and bricks, with intricate decorations adorning its walls.
o The interior is spacious, supported by numerous stone pillars, a hallmark of its unique design.
