Our hearts are overflowing with pride, joy, and admiration. This milestone is not just a degree — it is a story of years of dedication, sacrifices, and unwavering determination. She has shown our family that dreams can be achieved with patience, resilience and hard work.

She is the tough one in our family — the one who scolds us, corrects us, and pushes us to be better.

For me, she is not only my aunty but my mentor. She has guided me and inspired me with wisdom.

Not only a brilliant scholar, but also a wonderful mother, she has beautifully nurtured her family while chasing her dreams. Her journey is a shining example for all of us, a reminder that with courage and love, nothing is impossible.

An Honored Moment at Chittagong University (CU)

It was a true privilege to be invited to Chittagong University for the Fresh Ononna Menstrual Hygiene Awareness Campaign. I had the honor of delivering the clinical presentation, sharing knowledge, and addressing important aspects of women’s health.

Being able to stand before such bright young minds in one of the country’s most prestigious universities was both inspiring and humbling. The openness and enthusiasm of the students remind us that change begins with awareness, courage, and education. 💕

I deeply thank Fresh Ononna and Chittagong University for the opportunity to be a part of this meaningful initiative. Together, we take steps toward breaking taboos, ensuring hygiene, and empowering women.

I had the opportunity to attend the Fresh Ononna Menstrual Hygiene Campaign at Bangladesh University of Business and Technology (BUBT)
It was an inspiring initiative aimed at breaking taboos, educating young minds and encouraging healthy practices around menstrual hygiene.
I’m grateful to be a part of this impactful movement that empowers women, promotes awareness and paves the way for a healthier society. 💕

সুপারফিশিয়াল বার্ণে মারাত্মক পেইন হয়। ডীপ বার্ণে যখন নার্ভ পুড়ে যায় তখন সে সকল রোগীরা ফেইন ফীল করেন না। বাইরে থেকে তাদের অনেকটা সুস্থ আছে বলে মনে হয়। কিন্তু বার্ণ পেশেন্টরা মারা যায় সবচেয়ে বেশি ইনফেকশন এ। এবং এটা শুরু হয় ১/২ দিন পর থেকে। সাধারণত বার্ণের রোগীরা Pseudomonas & Stap. Aureus ব্যাকটেরিয়া দিয়ে আক্রান্ত হয়। এসব ব্যাকটেরিয়া সাধারণত হাসপাতাল থেকে ছড়ায়। বার্ণ পেশেন্টদের ইনফেকশানের রিস্ক অনেক বেশি। Skin barrier নষ্ট হওয়ায় wound colonize করতে শুরু করে।
চট্রগ্রাম মেডিকেলে শীতাকুণ্ড ট্রাজেডির সময় দেখেছি ৯৫% মানুষই ইনফেকশানের কথা চিন্তা না করে শুধু আবেগের বশে সাহায্য করতে যায়, কোন কাজ না থাকলেও দাড়িয়ে থাকে, ভিড় করে, ভিডিও করে। এতে কাজের কাজ কিছুই হয় না বরং ক্ষতি আরো বেশি হয়। ডাক্তার, নার্সদের কাজের ব্যাঘাত ঘটে এবং ইনফেকশন এর রিস্ক বেড়ে যায়। দয়া করে হাসপাতালে গিয়ে ভিউ ব্যবসা করতে গিয়ে বাচ্চাদের ক্ষতি করবেন না। অপ্রয়োজনে কেউ অবস্থান করবেন না।স্বেচ্ছাসেবকরা প্রোপার হাইজিন মেইনটেইন করবেন। আপনার অতি উৎসাহ, আবেগ যেনো বাচ্চাগুলোর জীবনের জন্য আরো ক্ষতির কারণ না হয়।
