Investigations:
1.Throat swab culture
2serological test
Treatment:
1.Bed rest.
2.pain killer:
Paracetamol/Napa 500mg 3times daily 5days
3.relieve cough:
Syrup pholcodine 10mg 3times daily 5days
4.Anti Parkinson drugs:
Cap.Amantadine/Amantril-100mg 1times daily 5days
