কোভিড-১৯ প্রতিরোধে স্বাস্থ্যবিধি মানা জরুরি। নিয়মিত সাবান-পানি বা স্যানিটাইজার দিয়ে হাত ধুতে হবে। মুখে মাস্ক পরা এবং ভিড় এড়িয়ে চলা উচিত। টিকা নেওয়া সবার দায়িত্ব। উপসর্গ দেখা দিলে দ্রুত পরীক্ষা ও আইসোলেশন প্রয়োজন। একইসঙ্গে চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ নিন। সচেতনতাই প্রতিরোধের মূল হাতিয়ার।

ডেঙ্গু ও কোভিড-১৯ উভয়ই ভাইরাসজনিত রোগ,। দুটিরই প্রতিরোধে সচেতনতা জরুরি। তবে ডেঙ্গু মশাবাহিত, আর কোভিড-১৯ ছড়ায় শ্বাস-প্রশ্বাসের মাধ্যমে। ডেঙ্গুতে প্লেটলেট কমে, কোভিড-১৯-এ শ্বাসকষ্ট বেশি দেখা যায়। ডেঙ্গুর নির্দিষ্ট ওষুধ নেই, কোভিড-১৯-এ টিকা আছে। তাই মিল আছে যেমন ভাইরাসজনিত হওয়া, তেমনি অমিলও স্পষ্টভাবে রয়েছে।

SRHR Awareness Campaign at School Level

An awareness program was held at Nay Mile Tripura Para High School, organized jointly by Bangladesh Health Watch and Jabarang Kalyan Samity Khagrachhari and The programme was funded by Sida.

With the participation of more than 150 students, teachers and organizers, sessions were conducted on various important topics keeping in mind the theme "Improving the quality of SRHR.
The focuses were-
• Menstrual health and changes during puberty
• Prevention of eve-teasing
• Mental health of adolescents
• Balanced eating habits
• Good touch and bad touch
• Child rights and cleanliness

জ্বর, কাশি বা শ্বাসকষ্ট থাকলে চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ নিন। এই সময়ে কোভিড হলে ঘরে থেকেই চিকিৎসা শুরু করুন। প্রথমে আইসোলেশনে থাকুন, মাস্ক ব্যবহার করুন। পর্যাপ্ত পানি পান করুন, পুষ্টিকর খাবার খান ও বিশ্রাম নিন। অক্সিজেন লেভেল নিয়মিত মাপুন। শারীরিক অবস্থা খারাপ হলে হাসপাতালে যান। অন্যদের নিরাপদ রাখতে স্বাস্থ্যবিধি মেনে চলুন। টিকা নেওয়া থাকলে উপসর্গ কম হতে পারে। আতঙ্ক নয়, সচেতনতা জরুরি।

কোভিড-১৯ হলে প্রথমে নিজেকে আলাদা করুন যেন অন্যরা সংক্রমিত না হয়। চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ অনুযায়ী ওষুধ ও চিকিৎসা নিন। বিশ্রাম নিন, পর্যাপ্ত পানি পান করুন এবং পুষ্টিকর খাবার খান। শ্বাসকষ্ট, উচ্চ জ্বর বা অবস্থা খারাপ হলে দ্রুত হাসপাতালে যান। হ্যান্ড স্যানিটাইজার ব্যবহার করুন ও নিয়মিত হাত ধুয়ে নিন। মানসিকভাবে সচেতন থাকুন এবং সরকারি স্বাস্থ্যবিধি মেনে চলুন।
