আমার মনে হয় দুধ চা ছাড়া পৃথিবীর যে কোন চা ই জঘন্য! কিন্তু মরিঙ্গা চা ট্রাই করার পর ধারণাটা হালকা একটু বদলেছে 😁
যাই হোক ডাক্তার হয়ে নিজে হেলদি না থাকলে রোগীদের কি শেখাবো! যাদের Bad cholesterol বেশি তাদের জন্য মরিঙ্গা কিন্তু খুবই উপকারী।
