1. Position: Admin and Communication Executive

Working days: Monday to Wednesday and Thursday To Saturday

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
-Organizing and scheduling sessions, meetings, appointments, and events with/for the clients.
-Answering phone calls, directing inquiries, and providing information as needed.Including addressing client inquiries and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
-Posting content for social media, creating newsletters, preparing press releases.
-Organizing meetings, appointments, and conferences for office staff
-Overseeing office supplies and inventory management and managing office equipment, such as printers, computers, and phones.
-Ensuring that the office environment is organized, clean, and functional.
-Maintaining and updating calendars for executives or teams.
-Filing, organizing, and maintaining records (digital and physical files).
-Assisting with preparing reports, presentations, and documents.
-Drafting and sending out memos or communications on behalf of the company.
-Supporting HR with tasks like recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
-Assisting with payroll processing and ensuring proper documentation.
-Entering, updating, and managing office data (like contact details, financial records, etc.).
-Preparing materials and assisting with any projects that require administrative input.
-Ensuring the office complies with company policies, legal requirements, and safety regulations.

• Can handle pressure, multitask, and work overtime when needed
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bangla and English.

• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and departments efficiently

2.Position: Marketing and Communication Intern
Position: Sales and Communication Intern
No of Vacancies: 6
Location: Lalmatia, Dhaka [Hybrid]
Job Nature : Part Time
Working Hours : 12 hours per week
Duration: 6 months
Stipend: 3000
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in developing and executing communication strategies to promote services
-Support the sales team in identifying leads, following up with prospects, and closing deals
-Help prepare presentations, proposals, and marketing materials
-Manage and update CRM databases with client and prospect information
-Support social media campaigns and customer outreach initiatives
-Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client communication
-Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions

Requirements:
-Undergraduate or fresh graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
-Strong written and verbal communication skills (English & Bengali preferred)
-Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
-Basic understanding of sales funnels and marketing channels
-Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Canva, CRM tools, or social media management tools is a plus
