Meditation and Mindfulness
Meditation is the dissolution of thoughts in eternal awareness or pure consciousness without objectification, knowing without thinking, merging finitude in infinity.
Meditation is the tongue of the soul and the language of our spirit.
Social Meditation involves interactive and enjoyable group meditation, that enables us to connect to our deeper self.
Through this meditation, we work on different layers of our being, the body, the mind and the heart in a safe, supportive and playful environment. This supports us to effortlessly dissolve the barriers within ourself, opens our heart and we feel aliveness from inside out.
