You can’t chisel a masterpiece if you’re afraid of the debris. 🛠️🖤

Transformation is a messy business. As an Author & a Human, I’ve never been one to stick to Rules when it comes to Creativity.

We spend so much energy trying to keep our lives looking “polished” that we forget that real growth requires breaking things down.
Been there, done that - it Works 😉

If you’re too busy pretending the “static scream” inside doesn’t exist, you’ll never reach the sculpture underneath.

This isn't a journal to help you "feel better" through toxic positivity. It’s an escape route for the adults who are tired of the daily BS. It’s a physical, analog space for:
• Vindictive Journaling: For the words you can't say out loud.
• Creative Outbursts: For the suppressed rage and childhood traumas.
• Venting through Chaos: Because sometimes, a deep breath isn't enough.
The world doesn't always deserve your "best." Sometimes, it just needs your truth—messy, raw, and unfiltered.

The quest for total transformation is evolving. 🛡️🖤

REWIND is not to be confused as the home of just A FITNESS JOURNAL. It is an Analog Retro sanctuary for the modern adult—a pen-to-paper connection designed to bridge the gap between physical discipline and mental catharsis.

We mastered the “sober” path of the body. Now, the author is in works with preparing the ultimate weapon to unchain the mind. 🪄

Before the mess, before the outbursts, and before the 18+ reality of adulting hits the page, there is intent. The new Journal is building the complete system for a better, calmer, and more controlled version of you. 🫵🏼
