Alhamdulillah,
Performed THA with Anterior approach. It is direct intermuscular approach. No muscle or tendon cut. Comparatively small incision. Good visual operative field. The attempt of correction of version is easy. Per operative accurate limb length measurement is possible due to patient supine position.
This patient having H/O left sided THA one year back. After surgery he developed LLD 1.5 cm. His earnest request to correct LLD.
May Allah recover him early-Ameen.

Very good outcome of distal Femur of 12 years sweet baby . Follow up after one year of surgery. Use only allograft after curetting with hi-speed Burs.
